Agreement
By accessing or using jsondrift.com (the “Site”) and its tools (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
JSON Drift provides free, browser-based JSON utilities for informational and development purposes. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the data you paste into tools and for complying with laws applicable to that data.
- Do not use the Service to process unlawful content or to attack, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with JSON Drift or scrape the Site in a way that impairs service for others.
No professional advice
Output from our tools (including AI-branded utilities) is provided for convenience. It is not legal, security, or professional advice. Validate results before production use.
Intellectual property
The Site design, branding, and original content are owned by JSON Drift and its contributors. Open-source components are available under their respective licenses (see GitHub).
You retain ownership of content you input into tools. We claim no rights over your JSON or files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSON Drift and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSON Drift from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
